I am an insightful design thinker, who aims to create a truly delightful and humanized brands for the digital age.  I do not settle for conventional thinking around brand- building and contribute towards developing a holistic strategy that marries varied data points, client brief/problem, business opportunity and consumer insights to create meaningful experiences. 

How do I achieve this Herculean Task?
  • I build strategies and concepts which aim at resolving my clients’ consumer pain‐points and leverages/creates a business opportunity
  • I study and aim to connect the dots between current and future market trends, competition, industry benchmarking and consumer insights to create a unique positioning or point of view for a particular brand/client.
  • I love stepping into consumer\\\'s shoes as per project requirements to evaluate the real needs by using relevant formats like personal conversations, observations, even first-hand experiences along with secondary research.
  • I stay relevant with the times and curious to understand the evolving consumer behaviours, emerging trends in the category and innovation in brand experiences to be able to build impactful strategies that bridge the experience gap.
  • I have a natural inclination towards creating storified, professional and compelling presentations for the projects/ pitches by collating various data points, findings, design outputs from various teams
  • I partner with consumer researchers and data analysts, consumer journey experts, brand and experience designers, technology experts and specialists to evaluate solutions which are feasible and become compelling Brand Assets. And making sure that these multiple solutions stay aligned to the brand strategy
  • I partner with Experience technologist & Project Managers to accomplish key milestones of the entire project by guiding different teams and lead the Brand Strategy from conception to reality
I Need to be:
  • tudent of human behaviour & management
  • Comfortable with understating technology, data and design with an innate ability to marry art with science
  • Avid reader and dreamer on future of humanizing brands with innovative experiences, that use digital technology for simplifying or adding value to consumer lives
  • Has done Masters or Post graduation in Business Design / Marketing. Additional specialisation or certification in the field of  Design Management / Design thinking / Business design /Service design will be preferred 
  • Atleast 4-5 years of relevant work experience in specific disciplines, including but not limited to  brand strategy & consulting, brand design & experience, digital strategy, shopper marketing, mapping consumer journeys, etc. 
  • Prior work experience in brand design and/or consulting firms, business solutions companies, digital transformation and/ or brand research enterprises
