I am a User centered analysis specialist, who is enthusiastic about creating seamless user interaction journeys and experiences across digital assets.

How do I achieve this?
  • I have a fanatical passion for identifying user personas and insights by marrying online behaviors with cultural, societal, and demographic beliefs
  • I study persona-based expectations of users from a brand’s digital touch point/s, and set the direction for UX design across devices/ apps/ websites and digital experiences
  • I apply proven user design research methods and formats for mapping emotional and rational motivations, consumer expectations, pain points and the potential experience gaps,
  • I conceptualize ways to propagate the touch and feel (experience) of the Brand and increase participative engagement of the user
  • I partner with experience solution consultants, technical analysts, UX/UI designers, technology experts, and other researchers in the conceptualization and evaluation of UI design solutions with an intent to make them scalable, compelling and convenient.
I Need to be:
  • PG in Strategic Design Management or Specialization courses in Design Research/ Service Design from top institutes such as NID, NIFT, Shrishti, Ecole Intuit etc.
  • Work experience of 2-3 years preferred in various disciplines, including but not limited to user Research, user journey mapping, shopper marketing, consumer insights, consumer research, etc.
  • A student of human behavior, anthropology, sociology, Human Computer Interaction, User Centered Analysis (UCA)
  • Avid reader and dreamer on futuristic uses of digital technology for simplifying digital interaction journeys
